By placing your order with internationalcitizen.studio, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add to or amend the terms and conditions below at any point in time.
In the following cases the responsibility of the INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN® can not be engaged:
- Any shortage of stock in textile suppliers
- Any strikes from delivery services
- Any computer problem (virus, breakdown, service break, hack)
- Any total or partial destruction of the stock
- Any global crises that leaves supply chains, global health, or persons within INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN unable to process orders
Made-to-order
We make-to-order. Which means we have either very limited stock available or make on demand. Please contact our customer service at info@internationalcitizen.studio to assist with tailored order inquiries.

Shipping Orders
We process online orders as soon as possible and / or within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We fulfill orders by coordinating production when the order is received with our manufacturer. Lead times can take between 2- 4 weeks. We ship daily from Monday to Friday.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order.
If the tracking link provided to you via email does not take you to the correct shipment information, please manually insert your tracking number in with the courier.
For international shipments, outside of Germany, your shipment may be transferred to a partner shipping carrier. Please follow the link via courier service to track your shipment to its final destination.
For all European Union countries we offer free delivery. We ship via DHL or UPS Standard, which takes approximately 3-10 business days. For Express Delivery, courier options and fees are listed at check-out.
For International deliveries outside the EU, we caution that delivery times will vary depending on the receiving country (i.e US shipments can take a 7-14 plus days).
INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other costs that may be incurred by purchasers outside the EU.
Processing Returns or Exchanges
Our products are made from natural and recycled fabrics, with high attention to detail, construction, fit and design. For best care, we advise they are kept out of sunlight, in a dry space and dry-cleaned.
We are glad to return or exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days from receiving your order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any bespoke customization of styles are final sales.
All discount sale items are final. No refunds are acceptable on discount sale items.
INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN® reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our shipping + return policy or are returned without a written approval.
