Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on internationalcitizen.studio, please send us a request for a return authorization to info@internationalcitizen.studio within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached

• We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used

• Returns are not applicable for customized items

• INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN offers free shipping on all full price orders within the EU. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded

• The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns/exchanges

• We advise our customers to get a tracking number for the returned package as INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN is not responsible for any return packages getting lost or misplaced

• ALL SALE and/or items purchased with a Promotional Code are FINAL SALE

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without preauthorization
