Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on internationalcitizen.studio, please send us a request for a return authorization to info@internationalcitizen.studio within 14 days of receiving your order (the delivery date). All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used
- Returns are not applicable for tailored customized pieces
- INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN offers free shipping on all full price orders within the EU.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded on discounted sale items
- The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns/exchanges
- We advise our customers to get a tracking number for the returned package as INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN is not responsible for any return packages getting lost or misplaced
- ALL DISCOUNT SALE and/or items purchased with a Promotional Code cannot be returned
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without preauthorization
